EDL 500: Neurodiversity Week Presentation (PQS II and ELQS I)

Represents: Work to further school culture that prepares students to live in a diverse society.

EDL 520: Administrative Internship - Extended School Year (PQS II, PQS III)

Represents: Summer administrative internship for special education program

Evidence of: Knowledge of school systems, management practices, teacher leadership and developing an inclusive, safe environment for all students, collaboration with parents and community (SSP’s, bus drivers, building management)

EDL 540: Staff Mentoring Program (ETS I)

Represents: Creation of a staff mentoring program that supports staff development to ensure staff are meeting professional standards and are prepared for formal evaluations.

Evidence of: Understanding that all staff need ongoing coaching and mentoring to show professional growth and meet professional standards.

EDL 550: Instructional Leadership PLC (PQS I)

Represents: Collaboration with the administrative team to revise and improve our PLC model and practices based on critical reflection and evaluation of existing practices.

Evidence of: Understanding of and competence in building shared leadership, school-wide systems and data driven action to improve student outcomes.

Represents: collaboration with the administrative team to revise and improve our PLC model and practices based on critical reflection and evaluation of existing practices.

Evidence of: Development of processes for staff to use essential standards and learning targets, the PLC protocol and student data to implement short cycle, targeted interventions to support student and teacher growth.

Represents: Culmination of data driven process to evaluate existing tier 2 intervention processes using student data and implement changes using evidence based practices.

Evidence of: Ability to analyze and interpret student data and create action steps to address trends revealed through the data. Additionally, it represents understanding that frequent, ongoing progress monitoring is essential to student growth and teacher effectiveness.
